2: SALES TAX
We process all payments securely via Paypal, which accepts debit and the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment through Paypal.
Only New York state residents will be charged a sales tax rate of 8.875%.
International Duty & VAT:
International orders may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax, which is not included in the total cost we charge. You'll be required to pay the duty/VAT upon delivery of your package.
Items will be shipped within 3 business days from the time we receive the order and payment is processed. We operate Mondays - Fridays 8am - 6pm, not including holidays. Orders made after 6pm will be processed the following business day.
Domestic Shipping - All domestic packages are sent using USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, depending on the weight of the shipment. Please double check that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. We are is not responsible for any items sent to the wrong address. A tracking number will be provided. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us prior to making a purchase, and we'll work to accommodate you!
International Shipping - All international orders are sent using USPS First Class Mail International. Most packages should arrive within 2 weeks. If you don’t receive your package within 4 weeks, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
We want all of our customers to be happy! So, if you are not in love with your item, please contact us @ email@example.com with your concern.
We accept returns, except on sale items or items that have been used or damaged by the customer. Any returns must be postmarked and mailed out within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Item(s) must be in original unused condition. All packaging, boxes, and/or cards must be included.
The price of the purchased item and applicable tax will be refunded once we receive the package. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for returned shipping costs, unless the item returned has been damaged in transit (proof must be provided).
Improper packaging will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. KREATE LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so we suggest you add tracking service when you send it. Insurance is also suggested. Insurance costs will not be refunded however if a return is requested.
It may take up to five (5) days for a refund to process into the given account.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
If you'd like your order gift wrapped, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a special invoice. We charge an extra $7 to make it look extra special. We can also include a message!
Recycling and Reusing is a big deal to us and our company. We do our best to limit our carbon footprint. We package our products in recycled kraft boxes and fill them with reused tissue paper that we've collected. Our business cards are also made from recycled cardstock. All additional touches we add to packaging is sourced from what we have and repurposed. We URGE all our customers to recycle our packaging or reuse it!
